7 games we hope to see The Rock as a protagonist

God of War
Starting with one of the most talked about games recently, as it is no longer exclusive to the PlayStation and is also playable on computers, God of War would be a great request to see The Rock in action, huh? The big guy fits here in several aspects: he knows how to act very well in action scenes, the personality of Kratos is very similar to the actor and of course he also has that sarcastic tone that we see in both the character and the actor.
It would not be new for the actor to play a mythological figure. On other occasions, The Rock has also incarnated characters such as the Scorpion King, in 2002, and also the demigod Hercules, in 2014. If it would be great to see The Rock as Kratos, as it should be atreus having The Rock as a father?
Gears of War
Another action title that could go down well with the appearance of The Rock would be a possible game in the series Gears of War. In it we have the character Marcus Fenix, who is a big guy like the actor. In the plot we see Marcus command an army in several battles with heavy weapons and other surprising beings. In a similar title, when it comes to fiction, The Rock starred in the film — which was also based on the game — Doom: The Door to Hell. Wolfenstein
Still about action games, but this time aimed at a scenario closer to reality, in Wolfenstein we have a game that depicts some events of WWII. in the title "Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus” (and in others in the saga) we see the character William Joseph, who is better known as BJ Blazkowicz. Although he is not so similar physically to The Rock, he still has all that strength that the actor has.
As we know that the actor doesn't play around when it comes to shooting, agility and punching, we can be sure that if The Rock appeared in any title derived from the series Wolfenstein, there would be great delight in the audience to see him face off against Nazi groups in droves.
Contrary to
An older title, but which came back with a bang in Brazil last year, is Contrary to. In the game, you control a soldier and do what shooting games like to propose: shoot everyone. The actor can easily embody one of the great protagonists of the series, Lance Bean ou Bill Razer, as both follow the standards that The Rock usually offers — but if he appeared as Throw Bean, with a blue wig, would not only look great, but also very funny, right?

Generally, a requirement to be a good lawyer is to know how to give good performances, so mixing these two characteristics in The Rock would result in quite an audience! As in Contra, Metal Slug it is also an older title that brings a bit of nostalgia. It also offers all that shooting scenario, but this time in a more cartoonish way. In addition to being able to pick up weapons such as machine guns, bazookas, flamethrowers and shotguns, you can still pilot a war tank to face enemies. This being an environment in which The Rock it's already set, it wouldn't be too difficult for the actor to show up here and get scolded! Certainly the inclusion of the actor would be a reason for other audiences to know this game.

And last, but definitely not least, we also have another major saga that The Rock could appear for: Final Fantasy VII. Yeah, this can't be the style of play he would play, but seeing him around here would be really cool! Although our proposal is to see the actor as the protagonist of the game, who knows if his appearance as Barret It wouldn't look good either, huh? The original title has some action, in the older turn combats, but the more fluid action seen in the remake can make us imagine the actor in several iconic moments.
