Drones have become a rage in recent years. Therefore, the magazine Time dedicated an incredible edition to the subject. However, the article itself is just one of the surprises, as the cover really seems to draw attention. For the first time in 95 years, the Time reproduced one of his covers using only luminous drones.
To this end, the magazine made a partnership with the Intel's Light Show Drone. And they already have some experience with shows of this type. Later that year, at the opening of the Winter Olympics, the company had prepared a small show with 1.218 drones to form the rings of the event's symbol in the air.
They rehearsed and recorded the lineup. However, on the day of the ceremony they were unable to perform live due to logistical problems that many believe have to do with weather conditions.
already with the Time, the thing worked! the drones Shooting Star da Intel stayed in formation for a few minutes to show the cover of the magazine on air. As a result, the size of the formation was 100 meters high and took place in the city of Folsom, the California.
