TCL House Concept
Designed by the architect Ricardo Abreu, TCL HOUSE It is located at the entrance to the 2026 Brazilian Architecture Biennial. He explains that the idea was to pay homage to the famous Oscar Niemeyer, who stood out for his work in Ibirapuera Park and his constant use of white in his projects. Some of Niemeyer's projects used the color red, such as the Latin America Memorial and the Ibirapuera Auditorium; and this was also used in the [artwork/project]. TCL HOUSE.
When designing the TCL house, our intention was to create an experience, taking advantage of the rich environment of Ibirapuera Park. The red used, a tribute to Oscar Niemeyer, is coincidentally also the red of TCL.
