Activating the setting in your Google Calendar

Step 1: access the official website Google Calendar and if you are not logged in, enter your username and password. Then, with your premium account already activated, click on the gear icon to activate the appointment schedule.

- Calendars with checked availability: if you use more than one Google Calendar in your account, mark which one will be made available so that no conflict happens;
- Cor: Choose a color for bookings made by other people.

Booking page photo and name: here, you can send a photo of yourself or your business logo that will be displayed to anyone who accesses your link. The name can also be customized just for this page.

Location and videoconferencing: if you have a place just to receive people in person, you can indicate the address via Google Maps also on this page. But if you are a person who prefers that everything be done virtually, just indicate the use of Google Meet. There is also a way to indicate that the entire conversation will take place via a traditional telephone call.

booking form: the fields that a person must fill in to be able to schedule meeting times in their calendar. This can be first name, last name, email, phone and whatever else you request.

Payment and cancellation policy: this item talks about the conditions for a cancellation to be made and here, if you have an account on Stripe, you can connect the payment method to receive even before the appointment is finalized.

Appointment reminders and confirmations: after scheduling is done, you will define how long before a reminder will be sent and if you, the account owner, also want to receive a notice when a new meeting is registered.

Generating link from your agenda
So that someone can schedule appointments in your Google Calendar, you need to submit a unique link. And doing so is very simple: Just click on Create and then in appointment scheduling. Here:

A page will be displayed with all the appointments already scheduled and with the times still available and then, just click on Share for a link to be generated.

So just send this to whoever you want and the person will be able to see your availability to schedule a meeting following the rules you defined earlier.
How will a person arrange a meeting?
As soon as you access the booking link, whoever is on the other side and needs to talk to you will see a page with the name, chosen photo and all available times. How are you:
