A Alcatel One Touch invited members of the Brazilian press to an event today (30), in São Paulo, to present the company's second generation smartphones that are manufactured in the country.
In all, there are two new models: smartphones Pop C3 e Pop C5, both with support for two chips of operators (dual chip), operating system Android 4.2, processor 1.3 GHz dual-core, 512 MB of RAM memory, 4GB internal memory and main camera 5.0 megapixels.
O Pop C3 It has a 4,0-inch WVGA screen (480×854 pixels resolution) and the Pop C5 It has a 4,5 inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) screen.
Other differences between the models are due to the frontal camera and support for microSD cards, available only in C3 (to meet the selfie trend), and support for Digital and Analog TV, just for the C5.
Both will be sold in national retail stores and telephone operators, with suggested prices of R$ 349,00 (Pop C3) and R$ 499 (Pop C5).
In October, the company should bring to the country another model quad-core de 5 inches, the smartphone Alcatel One Touch Pop C7, although it has not yet released the main specs and price.
