AOC launches All in One EVO for Android in Brazil

Have you ever thought about having a computer with Android? THE AOC think it's time you had one. In an event held yesterday for the press, TPV Technology, owner of the AOC brand, announced the arrival of the new line of All in One computers EVO for Android in Brazil.

With the advancement of Android as a mobile platform and good acceptance with diverse audiences, AOC identified a potential market for computers for children, their parents and grandparents. O EVO for Android is a computer aimed at an audience with little knowledge of technology and who seek easy access to multimedia content, entertainment and the internet. “If your cell phone and tablet are Android, why can't your home computer be too?”, comments Elcio Hardt, product manager at AOC.

The company is betting on the versatility of the new EVO for Android, which will come in two different models, one with a 19,5 inches and another with 21,5 inches and touch screen. The new All in One has an adjustable base and VESA hole pattern (for wall mounting). In addition, it has 4 USB ports, 1 input HDMI and 1 VGA. The USB ports make it possible to use the EVO as a regular computer, ready to connect with keyboard and mouse (included), external hard drive, flash drive and other USB devices. The HDMI and VGA inputs, on the other hand, transform the EVO into a monitor for all types of use, and you can even take advantage of the touchscreen in the 21,5-inch version.

Other EVO features include Wi-Fi connection, webcam, microphone, built-in speakers, RJ45 port (for network cable) and memory card reader. The 19,5-inch version has a suggested retail price of R$899,00 in black and white, while the 21,5-inch version costs R$1.199,00 only in white color. Both versions of the EVO will be available from September at Carrefour, Kalunga, AOC Online, americanas.com, Submarino and Shoptime stores.
