Surprisingly, the Apple has launched a new app for those who like to organize many events and the whole process of calling loved ones. The Apple Invites ( invitations Apple ) can now be installed by everyone and, even if you are not an iOS user, you can confirm your presence via the web. See details on how to use it and a tutorial on how to create an event on Invites.

How does it work?

As a complement for those who are subscribed to the iCloud+ service, the application Apple Invites arrives to allow users of devices manufactured by the Cupertino company to have an integrated event management tool.

The idea here is simple: to have a place where you can generate events, citing addresses and also receive photos of the event taken by other people. Guests, after accepting the invitation, can send song suggestions via Apple Music.

Who can use it?

To create an event in Apple Invitations you must be a subscriber to iCloud +, Apple's service that offers more storage for those who use devices manufactured by the same company, costing from R$4,90. In fact, you can do the entire process of creating personalized invitations, but you need to have an iCloud+ subscription to send them to other people.

As for who is invited, it is possible to confirm attendance via the website itself. iPhone or via the web, since the host can send the link right after entering all the details. In our tests, it was possible to confirm attendance via computer, but the company asked to log in to the Apple account.

You can create a guest list and send a notification to those using iPhone/iPad and a notification will also be sent as soon as a guest confirms attendance. The app is available for free download at App Store starting today (04).

Let's learn how to create an invitation in the paragraph below. The screenshots were taken on an iPhone 13 with iOS 18 installed.
