Apple launches Watch Series 11, Watch Ultra 3 and Watch SE 3

During an event held on September 9th, to launch the new models of iPhone 17 e AirPods, Apple also showed 3 new watches: the Apple Watch Series 11, Apple Watch SE 3 e Apple Watch Ultra 3. See what each one brings to the table:

WatchOS 26 System
The 3 new watches arrive with the Watch 26, the latest version of Apple's watch OS. Besides being more fluid, it also introduces the Liquid Glass interface for watches, as well as some new health and monitoring features.
New S10 processor
They are also manufactured with the new processor s10 for Apple Watches. They should make access to features and applications faster and will allow the use of artificial intelligence capabilities. Additionally, they will be accompanied by 64GB of internal space for storage.
Hypertension Alert
Apple Watch Series 11 e Apple Watch Ultra 3 will now have hypertension alert, also known as high blood pressure. Instead of providing one-off measurements, the watch analyzes trends over time and sends hypertension notifications if you detect consistently high values.
The goal is to function as an early warning system, encouraging the user to seek medical attention for an accurate diagnosis, transforming the watch into an even more powerful tool for raising awareness of hidden health conditions.
sleep monitoring
The 3 models, including the Apple Watch SE 3, have improved sleep tracking. They have sleep apnea detection, which involves monitoring breathing overnight to identify potential respiratory disorders. Apple also introduced Sleep Score, which consolidates several metrics into a single, easy-to-understand scoreboard, so you know if you slept well.
Control Gestures
All models support control gestures, which include tapping and swiping on the screen, but there are also advanced hand gestures, such as double-tapping (bringing the thumb and index finger together) to perform quick actions, and the use of assistive touch, which allows you to control the device with just a closed fist to select and a closed fist twice to open the menu, thanks to the watch's sensors.
Temperature sensor
There is also temperature sensor, used to track menstrual cycles.
Loudspeakers
And the 3 models have built-in speakers, for when you want to listen to music without headphones or make calls with your watch. On the Ultra, they have dual speakers for even more clarity.
Apple Watch Series 11
Design
O Apple Watch Series 11 It offers two case options: aluminum or titanium, available in sizes 42 mm e 46 mmAvailable colors include rose gold, silver, space gray, and gloss black for the aluminum version, and gold, natural, and slate for the titanium version. Special editions in partnership with Nike e Hermes will also be available at the time of purchase.
Fabric
Apple also renewed the glass on the screens, called Ion-X, 2x more scratch-resistant, and features a new ceramic coating. Additionally, the titanium versions retain the sapphire crystal on the front.
The screen technology remains the LTPO3 OLED, with a variable refresh rate and thinner bezels for better viewing. Peak brightness is 2.000 nits, excellent for use in sunlight.
Connectivity
The model has connections Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 4, GPS and versions with network support 4G ou 5G. It also supports Apple Pay for payments using your watch.
Battery and charging
In terms of battery, the model offers up to 24h of autonomy. When charging, it can reach 80% charge in just 30 minutes, or about an hour to reach 100%.
Price and availability
O Apple Watch Series 11 is now available for pre-order. It arrives on September 19th in the United States. In Brazil, it will cost from R$5.499.
Apple Watch SE 3
Design
Apple has also revamped its budget-friendly Watch. The new Apple Watch SE 3 It has an aluminum case and is available in sizes 40 mm e 44 mm. The available colors are midnight (black) and stellar (white).
Fabric
Here there is also the new Ion-X glass more resistant, with screen technology LTPO YOU ARE, now with function Always On Display, which keeps the screen always on. The peak brightness is 1.000 nits, lower than the other two models, but still a good number to use under strong light.
Connectivity
The model has connections Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 4, GPS and versions with network support 4G ou 5G. It also supports Apple Pay for payments using your watch.
Battery and charging
In terms of battery, they are even 18h of normal use, or even 32h in Low Power mode. This model supports fast charging, being up to 2 times faster than the previous generation, guaranteeing up to 80% in about 45 minutes.
Price and availability
O Apple Watch SE 3 should arrive in Brazil costing from R$3.299,00. It is now available for pre-order in the United States, with delivery starting on September 19th.
Apple Watch Ultra 3
Design
Apple's most premium model has also been renewed. Apple Watch Ultra 3 has a box of Aerospace titanium, in 2 colors (Natural e Black) and will be available in sizes of 49 mm.
Fabric
The screen is larger, brighter, and has smaller bezels, perfect for viewing every detail, especially on trails and more intense physical activities. It features technology LTPO3 OLED, ensuring high performance but low power consumption. Among the new watch faces released with it, Apple included one that displays the user's points of interest, like a compass, called Waypoint.
Connectivity
The model has connections Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 4, GPS, 5G and satellite connection. Furthermore, it is compatible with Apple Pay for payments using the watch. The satellite connection includes SOS emergency services alert, messaging and location, with a free 2-year service subscription.
Battery and charging
O WatchUltra 3 there's even 42h of battery in constant use, or 72h in low power mode.
Price and availability
O Apple Watch Ultra 3 will be available starting September 19th in the United States. In Brazil, although the release date has not yet been announced, it should cost from R$10.499,00.
