Design
The new MacBook Air maintains the ultra-thin design that has cemented its popularity. With a body made of recycled aluminum, the notebook weighs just 1,24 kg in the 13-inch version and 1,51 kg in the 15-inch model.
The big news is the new color sky blue, which joins the options midnight, stellar e silver. The design remains refined and with thinner edges, maximizing screen use without compromising portability.
Fabric
The model keeps the screen Retina LCD, bringing here resolutions of 2560×1664 pixels (13-inch version) and 2880×1864 pixels (15-inch version), although it continues without the technology Mini-LEDpresent in MacBook Pro. The new MacBook Air with M4 supports WiFi 6E e Bluetooth 5.3 and has two USB-C ports Thunderbolt 4, a connector MagSafe 3, for magnetic charging, and a 2mm P3,5 input.

Mac Studio updated for 2025
Besides the MacBook Air, Apple announced, on the same day, a new MacStudio, a desktop computer designed for more intensive professional tasks. Check out the specifications of the MacStudio 2025:
Design
The new MacStudio maintains the compact design and structure in recycled aluminum, trying to preserve thermal efficiency, adjusted to handle more intense workloads without compromising performance. The device features ventilation openings positioned at the rear and bottom of the device that should reduce the risk of overheating, even during prolonged and demanding operations, according to Apple .
The small format allows easy integration into different workspaces, maintaining a balance between power and reduced size.
M4 Max and M3 Ultra Processors
The model can be configured with the chips Max M4 ou M3Ultra. The first option has versions with a CPU of 14 to 32 cores and a GPU of up to 80 cores, while the M3Ultra offers 28 or 32 core CPU and up to 80 core GPU.
Both options have a chip Neural Engine up to 32 GB, to optimize machine learning processes, natural language processing and automation of complex tasks with AI.
O Max M4 was developed to further improve the execution of machine learning and artificial intelligence tasks, making the execution of editing software, 3D modeling and advanced simulations more efficient.
Already M3Ultra doubles the capacity of the M4 Max in certain workloads, making it a model aimed at users who require greater performance in complex tasks, such as 8K video rendering, game development and scientific computing. The architecture UltraFusion, used to connect the M3 Ultra's cores, allows for more efficient data flow between internal components.
Memory and Storage
The version with the chip Max M4 has versions from 36 to 128 GB of RAM, while the M3Ultra starting at 96 GB and can be configured with up to 512 GB, providing superior performance in multitasking, in the simultaneous use of demanding applications, such as video editing software, CAD and in the development of artificial intelligence.
Storage varies between 512 GB and 16 TB, offering different options depending on the user's needs. For professionals who work with large files, such as film or digital animation projects, the possibility of expanding to 16 TB can be a big advantage.
Connectivity and inputs
O MacStudio is compatible with WiFi 6E e Bluetooth 5.3. The support to Thunderbolt 5 allows higher transfer rates and better compatibility with professional accessories and, in the version with the chip M3Ultra, allows connection to up to eight external monitors.
The device includes:
Front: two USB-C ports (Thunderbolt 5 on the M3 Ultra model) and an SDXC card slot.
Rear: four Thunderbolt 5 ports, two USB-A, one HDMI (supports 8K displays at 60Hz or multiple 4K displays at 120Hz), one 10Gb Ethernet, and a 3,5mm headphone jack.
Price and Availability
O MacStudio on Max M4 has an initial price of R$25.999, while the version with M3Ultra starts at R$51.999. With all the most advanced configurations applied, both versions can reach R$ 173.199, in Apple's official store.
