A Apple is finally bringing its streaming service, the Apple TV +. The application has been completely redesigned for maximum compatibility with the Android system interface and style and will be available from today on Google Play Store. See all the details and recommendations on what to watch on Apple's streaming service.
Interface and usability
Since arriving in Brazil on March 30, 2018, there was still no app for Apple TV + all with Android, but that changes starting today. In an online press conference for journalists, the company confirmed the arrival of its video streaming service to Google Play Store, leaving the stigma that Apple services can only be used by those with Apple devices.
The company began development of the Apple TV+ app for Android in mid-May 2025, when it announced a job opening for an app developer for Google's operating system. See the ad below:

The job description was pretty clear: the chosen candidate would be responsible for “leading the development of fun new features and helping build an app used by millions of people to watch and discover TV and sports.”
And today, we finally saw the result of this: to have full compatibility with Android, a complete redesign was done that resembles the use in apple vision pro. Anyone with a smartphone running Android 10 or higher and at least 4 GB of RAM can now install it via the Google Play Store, free of charge.
You will need to create an Apple account or use an existing one to access streaming, as well as having an active subscription to the video streaming service.
Available movies and series
Despite still having a low user base in Brazil, Apple TV+ has a wide range of series and films that please fans of different genres.
Starting with one of the most famous, Severance (Break) takes us on a journey through the story of Mark S and his big data refinement team. In the plot, the employees of lumon, the fictitious company, go through the Rupture process, which divides the mind in two so that emotions from the external world do not impact professional life.

A second season of RUPTURE premiered on January 17th and has been receiving a new episode weekly until March 21st.
For All Mankind takes us to see a parallel reality in which the Soviet Union emerged as the winner of the space race, sending the first astronaut to the Moon. Defeated, NASA decides not to give up and continues trying to get ahead of the other organizations. The series, despite being set in the past in its first seasons, addresses very current themes and will keep you engaged for hours.

Already speaking of Foundation, the series adapts the homonymous productions by Isaac Asimov — in this case, the book franchise — who is also considered the modern father of science fiction. In Asimov's space genre series, with hints of drama, we will see the journey of a group of exiles who try to save humanity, while at the same time trying to rebuild civilization.
See shows a distant future (or perhaps a reality that has come closer to us) a deadly virus decimates humanity, leaving the remaining survivors blind. In See we see how the protagonist Baba Voss, played by Jason Momoa, leads his tribe after having twin babies and the plot Here it is: both babies were born with the “gift” of vision. As a result, a witch begins to persecute them in order to destroy these twins. The series has three seasons and a fourth has already been confirmed by Apple TV+.

Lastly, Silo takes place on our planet, in a post-apocalyptic scenario where the surviving members of the human race live in the town of Silo, an underground city that expands for about 144 floors below the surface. Living conditions in Silo are the most precarious possible, so survival is the law there. The regime of that government insists that its highest priority is to keep everyone safe, but is that really the truth?
