Google allows developers to block app downloads on certain devices, countries or screen resolutions, for internal control reasons. This is not always beneficial, as one or another device that is fully compatible with the application ends up being deprived of downloading and installation.
New devices also often suffer from incompatibility issues. Right at launch, several apps (especially games) were incompatible with the Moto G, for example.
Incompatible apps? Never

Thinking about it, the developer jackpf from the XDA-Developers forum developed the APK Downloader Extension, an extension that allows downloading of these restricted apps.
It is very easy to use the APK Downloader Extension:
1. Download the app by clicking here. Or simply search for APK Downloader Extension on Google Play Store.
2. Access the web version of the Play Store through your browser (in my case, Google Chrome) and search for the desired application.
3. with the tab open on the application page, tap the menu button on your device and select the share option. Then select “apk downloader”.
4. on the screen that opens, tap the button get. Note that the application will download. Now just open the APK file to install the application.
In my tests, the APK Downloader Extension worked perfectly. I was able to download, install and run the app Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Companion, which connects to your computer and displays the real-time Ubisoft game map on your smartphone screen. It is not possible to download it directly from Google Play as the app is supposedly incompatible with Moto G.
