Beyoncé announces world tour for 2023, see locations and dates

With a career that for decades has brought only one success after another, the singer Beyoncé announced this last Wednesday (1/2) the Renaissance World Tour, world tour that will promote the First Act of his latest studio album. So far, the artist will tour countries in Europe and North America, bringing performances of her new tracks between May and September 2023.

Renaissance World Tour

Through a very minimalist publication on Instagram, Beyoncé confirmed that the Renaissance World Tour will happen this year. The last time the singer toured the world was with On the run, with her husband Jay-Z, and — as it happens — this tour also took place on the European and North American continents only.

By accessing the singer's official website and go to session "Tour“, you can check all the dates and places where the Renaissance World Tour will arrive, including with a button — Tickets — which will redirect you to the site responsible for selling tickets. Other locations with the button Register, indicates that tickets will still be available. The agenda informs that the tour will start on May 10, 2023 in the city of Stockholm, Sweden, and will end on September 27 in the city of New Orleans, Louisiana.

The singer's true fans will also be able to have exclusive access to the pre-sale of tickets. At the live nation website, there is an explanation about registration for Verified Fans, understand how it works:

  • Known as "Verified Fan“, Beyoncé is using the feature to help fans get tickets. Verified Fan requires registration in order to filter out buyers who wish to resell tickets, thus creating a less crowded ticketing experience for fans;
  • The register not secures tickets — it is expected by the singer's team that there will be more demand than tickets available and a lottery process will determine which registered Verified Fans will receive a unique access code and which will be placed on the waitlist;
  • Select the ticket sales for which date you want to register from the group list on the Live Nation website — deadlines vary by city chosen.

About the new album

Also known as Act I: Renaissance, Beyoncé's latest album is her seventh studio album and was released in July 2022. The album, as the full name suggests, is the introduction of a trilogy that the artist intends to release, having her composition made during the coronavirus pandemic. COVID-19. The disc's production was done in conjunction with some well-known names such as Skrillex, bloodpop and also had the participation of other artists such as Grace Jones.
