Created by the architectural firm NOEM, the smart home product of this idea took only 10 weeks to be completed in the city of Castellom, Spain.
Its design is modern with rounded edges matching its innovative look. From a 100% digital design, the new process comprises intelligence, automation and unique architecture. With a living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony in the first module, a double bedroom with bathroom and a home office in the second are also included.
The set manages to amplify natural lighting and ensure optimal ventilation due to the combination of intelligent engineering and the use of materials such as structural wood fiber panels, increasing interior comfort. All in one area 315 metros quadrados.
With the help of automation controlled and monitored by the smartphone, everything in the house adapts to the residents, always taking into account the elimination of waste, without ever affecting the pleasant atmosphere of the environments. Tasks such as irrigation are programmed according to the climatic conditions of the region, soil moisture and geolocation. Even weather forecasts are taken into account. In addition, water consumption, ambient temperature and various other data are accessible at any time via cell phone, tablet or notebook.
