O streamer and influencer Rafael Lange, known as cellbit, formally processed 217 accounts from X, old Twitter, asking for the removal of 271 posts from these users. The motivation came after the owners of these accounts published hateful content against the streamer, who spoke out after being accused by his ex-girlfriend of sexual harassment. The removal of the posts was determined after the confidentiality of the case was breached.
On his Twitter account, Cellbit posted a 19-page document reporting his romantic relationship with his ex-girlfriend Flávia Eloisa Gato - also known as Sayuri. The repercussion was such that it made the influencer take the decision to take legal action. In the published document, Cellbit vehemently denies Sayuri's accusations, which resurfaced with intensity after he was nominated for the international award The Streamers Awards.
Cellbit's statement against Flávia Gato

In his statement, Cellbit states that he remained silent for seven years since the breakup, venting through a dense report and detailing the drama he experienced, in addition to refuting Sayuri's accusations. The couple was in a relationship for two years.
Cellbit points out that Flávia Sayuri was manipulative and had behaviors typical of a mythomaniac — a psychological disorder that makes the sufferer a compulsive liar. He reports that even after the breakup in 2017, Sayuri continued to act to harm her life. The streamer adds that he was already betrayed and that, during the years that followed, he tried not to refute Flávia's accusations so as not to expose his personal relationship.
In the published document, several screenshots of conversations on WhatsApp are included, in an attempt to corroborate the arguments given by the streamer, who considers himself asexual and would never have displayed violent behavior against his ex.
Cellbit also states in the text that his sexual orientation drastically affected his dating life. He revealed that he was forced to have sexual relations against his will, and that Sayuri did not accept his sexuality, nullifying him.

The streamer cited the fact that he suffered abuse at the age of nine and comments that his ex had no consideration for the trauma suffered in childhood — a delicate topic that, according to him, was mentioned in her accusations. “I was sexually abused when I was 9 years old by my neighbor when I lived in the country, and she knows about it. This is a story that I avoided exposing as much as possible, I never had the courage to even tell my mother. It was something that left me with huge trauma and is still very difficult to talk about.”

Cellbit's statement on the case is available in full in a public document on Google Drive.
Twitter account processes
The lawsuit initiated by the streamer arose after offensive posts from Twitter users accusing cellbit to beat Sayuri, having kept her in prison and even pedophilia.
João de Senzi, a lawyer who works in defense of influencers and YouTubers, released the list with links to the accounts processed by the streamer. He also published a video on his YouTube channel talking about the legal aspect of the case. This disclosure was possible after the confidentiality of the process was broken, through a determination by the judge handling the case. The lawsuit filed by Cellbit is for moral damages.
In Brazil, the crime of defamation is defined as the act of damaging someone's credit, consisting of imputing offensive facts to the victim and attacking their honor. It is punishable by imprisonment of 3 months to one year and a fine.
