Nobody wants to be left out CES 2023, the Consumer Electronics Show. THE JBL, an American electronics company specializing in audio, came with everything and announced today, Wednesday, January 4th, several news during the event that is taking place in Las Vegas, in the United States. Among the novelties, the highlights are the five new soundbar models, new wireless headphones and a eco-friendly version of portable speakers.
Soundbars
This year, five new soundbar options were announced: Bar 1300X, Bar 1000, Bar 700, Bar 500 e Bar 300 that feature Atmos speakers included in all models in the range. The models have detachable rear speakers that allow you to place them wherever you want via a wireless connection. The 1300X model comes with a subwoofer of 12 inches, while the other products (except the Bar 300) come with a subwoofer 10 inch wireless.
The company stated that all models presented have the technology PureVoice, which serves to optimize the audio and provide even clearer dialogue. In addition, all products in the line have a Wi-Fi connection, support for the JBL One application and customizable equalizer settings. The news does not end here, as they can also be controlled through Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri and also have AirPlay 2, Alexa Multi-Room Music (MRM) and Chromecast already built-in.
Among all the releases, the highlight this time is the Bar 1300X, which has 15 drivers audio system with 11.1.4 channels, compatible with Dolby Atmos. It also comes with Harman's MultiBeam technology used to further enhance the spatial sound.

The new soundbar models will be available from February 19th. The model Bar 1300X can be purchased from US$ 1.699,95 (R$9.231,00), Bar 100 from US$ 1.199,95 (R$6.514,00), Bar 700 from US$ 899,95 (R$4.884,00), Bar 500 from US$ 599,95 (R$3,254,00) and Bar 300 from US$ 399,95 (BRL 2.167,00). The values are approximate values of the conversion from the dollar to the real that can be changed due to tax policies.
It was informed by the company that the model Bar 700 is an exclusive product for the North American market and the Bar 300 will not be released in the South American market.
Headphones
Jbl tune
A package of novelties that drew attention during the event were the various new models of wireless headphones. The Tune lineup now has three different formats called Tune Buds, Tune Beam e tune flex. All models feature noise cancellation and the Tune Buds and Tune Beam have around 12 hours of battery life, while the Tune Flex has approximately eight hours of battery life.
In addition, the Tune Buds and Tune Beam models will be IP54 certified, which guarantees resistance to dust and water. The models should be launched by June this year and will be available in three different colors, namely black, blue and white and should cost around US$ 100,00, approximately R$ 544,00 in the conversion to the real.
JBL Vibe
The new Vibe line that counts on the models vibe buds, vibe beam e VibeFlex it's a more cost-effective line of headphones. They don't have noise cancellation, but all models have an IP54 certificate and about eight hours of battery life.
These models should be launched by February in black or white. O vibe buds and vibe beam must cost US$ 50,00, approximately R$271,00, while the VibeFlex it will cost about US$ 70,00, which is approximately R$380,00 converted into Brazilian currency.
JBL Endurance Peak 3
Closing the headphones ad we have the Endurance Peak 3, a focused headphone for those who like to exercise. Their design was specially made to keep them attached to your ears during training. It does not have noise cancellation, but it has an IP68 certificate and approximately 10 hours of battery life. Endurance Peak 3 will be released on February 19th and will cost around US$100,00 approximately R$543,00, and will be available in black or white.

Eco Line
The company also took advantage of the event to announce its newest portable speakers, along with an ecological version. Named as Go 3 Echo e Clip 4 Echo, are ecologically correct models born from the Go 3 and Clip 4 line. The novelty is made of 90% PCR plastic, a type of resin obtained by recycling plastic raw materials already used by consumers, and the high-quality Speaker made from 100% recycled fabric. The packages are also made from ecologically correct material and soy ink that have been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
The Go 3 line has bluetooth 5.1, five hours of battery life, while the Clip has about 10 hours. Both models are IP67 certified, which means they are resistant to dust and water.
The launch of these models is scheduled for April 22nd, World Earth Day, and will cost around US$ 50,00 (BRL 271,00) for the Go 3 Echo e US$ 80,00 (BRL 434,00) for the Clip 4 Echo.
Pulse Line
The famous Pulse line, equipped with an LED that changes color according to the beat of the music, also got an update. O Pulse 5 it will have a more powerful sound than previous models and will come with a 360-degree speaker with IP67 certification and more than 12 hours of battery life. The new model should cost approx. US$ 250,00 (R$1,357,00).
