A Samsung took advantage of the passage through CES 2025 to announce the Galaxy Book5 Pro and Galaxy Book5 360 for the global market, which have processors Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) and features that draw from the source of artificial intelligence. The models are expected to be launched in Brazil in 2025 and we'll tell you all the details about each one right now.
AI resources

Because of the processors intel core ultra with NPU of up to 47 TOPS of performance, the new Galaxy Book5 Pro and Galaxy Book5 360 They have several artificial intelligence resources to make the user experience even more complete.
O AI Select is the big new feature of this generation and can be explained as a “Circle to Search for notebooks”: when you are browsing the internet, just click on the functionality icon and circle the item you want to have more information about. See how it is used in practice below:

With the selection, you will receive complete information about the manufacturer and, of course, links to where you can buy what you are interested in. Of course, this should be used more for online shopping, but it also opens up possibilities for you to find information about tourist attractions and read QR codes directly from your computer.
Already talking about Photo Remaster, the functionality is practically the same as that found in the smartphone gallery Galaxy more powerful: it takes an existing photo on the computer and carries out the pixel improvement process via AI, so that the quality is increased and so you have distortion-free posts wherever you want.

Other features of GalaxyBook5 with AI have been confirmed: both models presented by Samsung at the CES 2025, through the NPU, will be able to perform real-time translation of videos, something similar to what will be present in smart TVs launched by the Korean company in 2025.
The transcription assistant, also present on smartphones with Galaxy A.I., arrives to transform voice notes into written texts. The idea here is to bring the same experience of the devices in the palm of our hands to the company's notebooks. We will see how this will work in practice.
One key to activate the Windows Copilot artificial intelligence is also present on the keyboard, which characterizes it as being within the standards of Microsoft Copilot + PC programt.
Galaxy Book5 Pro

Starting with the most complete version of the line GalaxyBook5, the model has a touch screen, with options of 14 or 16 inches, 3K resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz of the type 2X AMOLED on vision booster, technology that increases brightness for outdoor use. The same screen also has an anti-reflective layer, one of the great highlights of the Galaxy Book4 Pro which we tested in 2024.
You will be able to choose between two processor options: Intel Core Ultra 5 or Intel Core Ultra 7 (Series 2), in addition to the model having RAM memory options of 16 GB or 32 GB. Speaking of storage, the Galaxy Book5 Pro was announced in CES 2025 with 250 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB.
The webcam has received an interesting improvement: now with a feature called Staggered HDR, the notebook combines multiple different exposures into a single image with a lot of dynamic range. This is a common feature on smartphones, but it's rare to see it on notebooks.
The model also has two Thunderbolt 4 ports, one HDMI 2.1, one USB-A, a 3,5mm headphone jack and a microSD reader. Its 76Whr battery promises to stay active for up to 25 hours, thanks to its low-power processor and system optimizations. Samsung.
