Where to use your LATAM PASS miles

Redemption can be made through the official website of LATAM, from the mobile application or, upon payment of service fees, through the Contact Center, physical stores of LATAM or travel agencies. It is important to note that tickets purchased with miles do not generate the accumulation of new miles or points in the program.
The number of miles required to redeem tickets varies depending on several factors, including how far in advance you book, the period of travel, the destination, the route, flight times and seat availability. For example, for domestic flights within Brazil, redemption can start from 3.000 miles in Economy cabin. For international flights, prices vary significantly: for South America, between 35.000 and 91.000 miless; to North America, from 158.000 to 350.000 miles; to Europe, from 121.000 to 275.000 miles; and to Oceania, from 230.000 to 500.000 miles. These prices are for round-trip tickets.
In addition to issuing airline tickets, miles LATAM Passport can be used to purchase products and services in the Shopping LATAM Pass, which includes a variety of items and experiences. While this option offers flexibility, using miles for airline tickets generally provides a better value for money.
To maximize the use of miles, it is advisable plan trips in advance, monitor redemption promotions and consider combining miles with cash, an option available in the program. This flexibility allows users to make the most of their points, especially when they don't have enough miles to cover the full cost of the ticket.
