4) Tap “Apple ID: [your email address];

The procedure is the same for any content or subscription service managed by Apple. In this case, the company or iTunes will be indicated on the credit (or debit) card statement. So, the subscription list mentioned in the steps above is the first place you should look when you receive an unknown charge.
Here are some tips if you can't solve the problem in any of these ways:
- Access the address reportproblem.apple.com. Try to find the purchase or receipt, and from there, report the issue to Apple;
- Check if the subscription is linked to the Apple ID of another user, whether or not added to the device and who has registered their credit card;
- Check if the subscription was made by someone else, using Family Sharing;
- Make sure someone else, even a child, made the purchase using your password. It may have been a one-time purchase and not a subscription;
- Contact the content or service provider. It may be necessary to reinstall the app if it has been deleted (deleting an app does NOT cancel its corresponding subscription);
- Please contact Apple Support.
