How to combine two or more Gmail accounts

How to combine two or more emails in Gmail

1. The first step is login your main gmail account.

2. Import the data. Under Settings, click “Accounts and Import“. In this section, click on “Import messages and contacts”. Enter the email of the account(s) you want by logging in in the pop-up window.

3. Add another email address to the account. In the same section as in step 2, click on “Add another email address”. Put as many accounts as you want. This will allow you to send messages to the address you want.

4. Automatically forward new email messages to the main account. This is the final step, but the most difficult. In another window, log in to the other email accounts (the same ones you exported the messages and contacts to) and go to the “Forwarding and POP/IMAP".

5. click in “Add a forwarding address”. Enter the email address you want messages forwarded to (which is what you were using until step 3).

6. Fulfilling what is requested, click Next > Continue > OK.

7. A confirmation email will be sent to this address that will receive the forwarded messages. Click on the confirmation link or put the access code also present.

8. Go back to the settings page of the Gmail accounts you want to forward messages to, then refresh the pages.

9. Select “Forward a copy of incoming emails to”, choosing the email you want to forward messages automatically.

10. Choose what you want to happen with the copy of your emails from the other accounts. Keep intact, marked as read, archived, or deleted.

11. At the bottom of the page, click save changes.

That's it! If your account is from another provider, such as Yahoo!, you will need to follow other instructions from step 4 onwards, with the same purpose.

If you want to save that time, you can use the Outlook app, available on Windows 10, mobile and Office suite. Simply log in to the other accounts in the app. Messages, calendar and contacts will be synced. You can even unify your inbox.
