First of all: what is Starlink?

Em November 2021, during his time in the EUA, Fábio Faria, Minister of Communications do Brasil, held a meeting with Elon Musk to define the objectives and necessary advances to establish the connection in the Amazon through satellite internet. Both were very excited about the possibility of people living in more remote areas finally having access to high-speed networks.
