1. Download the Zenfone 5 FOTA update;
2. Transfer the file to your device's microSD card;
3. Enter device recovery mode and select apply microSD update option;
4. Choose Downloaded FOTA option and confirm.
Of all the steps, activating recovery mode may be, at first contact, the most complicated of steps. But don't fret!
