How to track postal parcels

Post Office tracking options

Tracking orders from post offices is carried out using a tracking code ( postal locator code) of 13 alphanumeric characters. This code can be found on the proof of postage or purchase receipt for the product. To track an order, simply enter this code into the customer query system. post offices.

2 – Then click on “Sign up".
3 – The next step in registration is to inform whether your profile is that of an individual, legal entity, company based outside Brazil, foreigner residing in Brazil or abroad, as shown in the image below.
4 – In the most common case, the registration of an Individual, is followed by the following form to be filled out.
5 – Then, enter the verification code sent to your registered cell phone number.
Ready! Your registration has been created. The first screen that appears has additional registration options, as in the image below. We suggest registering your addresses in the option “My Addresses".
At the bottom of the page there is a yellow background area with the title “Quick Access“. In this area you can choose from the valuable services of object tracking, price and deadline simulator, zip code or address search, tracking of objects purchased abroad and a Finder for the nearest post office, as shown in the following image.
Your login and password, called id post office (CPF or CNPJ, without punctuation), will be the same for both the website and the application.
How to track international orders
Tracking international parcels in Brazil involves several processes and steps to ensure the location and tracking of the package throughout its journey. My Imports from the Post Office
To track international orders via the post offices, you must have a registration with My Post Office Portal.
1 – Log in to the website, as described previously in this tutorial, and then go to the yellow area “Quick Access” at the bottom of the page. Click on the “My imports“, as in the image below.
It is necessary to have at least one address registered in your profile, if you haven't already done so, the site will request it.
2 – On the next screen, a warning will appear about the Mail, who identified a flaw in the functionality “My Imports” that can expose personal data, such as name, CPF and address, and took measures to correct the problem and protect users' privacy. 3 – On the next screen, at the top, use the “Search Order” by entering the tracking code to check its status and location. In many cases, they will automatically appear in the “Search results” below, if the order is linked to your CPF or CNPJ, as in the example below.
If an orange ball appears next to a stage in the Search Result, it is a sign that some action needs to be taken to move on to the next stage of delivery. This action may be a customs fee, declaration or other pertinent matter. Keep an eye!
China parcel tracking
To track parcels from China, follow these steps:
- Get the tracking number provided by the seller or sender from China. This is usually an alphanumeric code, like a tracking number or barcode.
- Access the website of the shipping service or carrier responsible for delivering the order. Some of the popular shipping services for parcels from China include China Post, e-Packet, AliExpress Standard Shipping, Among others.
- On the carrier's website, locate the package tracking option. It can be called “Track & Trace","Track Order" or similar.
- Enter the tracking number in the designated field and click “Track back" or "Search“. Depending on the service, you may need to select the destination country or fill in other relevant details.
- Wait a few seconds while the system searches for information about your order. The website will display updates on the status and progress of the delivery, such as the date and time of transport stages, layover locations and final delivery.
- Regularly check the tracking status to get the latest information about your package. Updates like “In transit","Arrival in the destination country"and "ready for delivery” indicate the progress of the order.

Tracking by DHL
To track an order via DHL, you can follow the steps below:
- Get the tracking number: Make sure you have the tracking number for your order on hand. This number is provided by DHL or the seller, and usually consists of a combination of letters and numbers.
- Visit the DHL website: Open the browser on your device and go to the DHL official website On the home page, enter the tracking number in the field as shown in the following image and press “Enter".
Once done, you will be redirected to a page that will display tracking details for your order. You will be able to see information such as the current location of the package, previous and upcoming shipping events, as well as the estimated delivery date.
Tracking by FedEx
To track an order via FedEx, you can follow the steps below:
- Get the tracking number: Make sure you have the tracking number for your order on hand. This number is provided by FedEx or by the seller, and usually consists of a combination of letters and numbers.
- Visit the FedEx website: Open the browser on your device and go to the website FedEx official. On the home page, enter the tracking number in the field as shown in the following image and press the “Track back".
You will then be redirected to a page with tracking details. If you have an account at FedEx, you can log in to access a dashboard with all your recent tracking.
