How to recover files from emails

- Once downloaded, open the application, at this point some introductory screens will appear, including one that takes you to a Web page which will give a brief guide on how to use 4DDiG.

- Now that you are on the app homepage, select the location where you want recover deleted email files, after that click on “Start “, in the lower right corner.

- At this moment, the application will scan the location and verify which files were deleted, it will be able to identify files such as photos, videos, various documents, audios and even e-mails. As soon as the scanning step is finished, you can verify that in the left column there are all types of files that can be found, and since we are talking about emails, click on “E-mail".

- Now just select all those files you want to recover and click on the lower right button, “Recover“. Ready!

If none of the suggestions were able to solve your case, you can also check with Google itself if it is possible to recover the email that was deleted. In this case, you must access the Gmail Help to have recently deleted files scanned. If the files are still available on Google's servers, you can redeem them.
