How to save webpage and emails in PDF

Saving web pages and emails can “save” your life in the event that you are without internet. Think about the following situation: you receive an important email, read the message, save it for later use, or see an interesting report/article that may be relevant soon, but at the “H” time, there is a problem with the internet and both the email and the web page cannot be accessed.

But don't think that we should save such files expecting the worst. Having the files saved in PDF can give the user a range of options, such as: highlighting excerpts, including comments and questionnaires, among other options. If you want, you can also forward the material to other people in a safe way, making it impossible to make changes to the file.
Save webpage to PDF
One of the most practical options for using the resource is through the browsers' print option to transform them into PDF files. These documents can be configured as if they were for printing — if that doesn't work, use the trusty shortcut “Ctrl+P” — but it is possible to save them on the user's computer and then export them to different devices. Check below the ways to download web pages in PDF according to each browser:
Google Chrome
1 . Enter the page you want to save in PDF, click on the three dots icon in the upper right corner of the browser and then on “Print”;
two . In “Destination” choose the option “Save as PDF”, set the number of pages and click “Save”.
Microsoft Edge
1 . Open the page you want to convert to PDF, click on the three dots icon in the upper right corner of the browser and then click on “Print”;
two . Under “Printer”, choose “Save as PDF” option and tap “Save”.
Mozilla Firefox
1 . Open the page you want to convert to PDF, click on the three dots icon in the upper right corner of the browser and then click on “Print”; Open the page you want to convert to PDF, click on the three-line icon in the upper right corner of the browser and then click on “Print”;

Save emails to PDF
Just like saving a web page to a PDF, doing the same process with emails takes just a few clicks. Even if there is some variation between Gmail, Outlook and other services, the logic is the same: just use the print feature and choose the PDF format.
gmail
1 . Open the page you want to convert to PDF, click on the three dots icon in the upper right corner of the browser and then click on “Print”; In your browser (both PC and smartphone) select the printer icon, which is in the upper right corner.
two . Under “Destination” select the option “Save as PDF”, followed by “Save”.
Outlook
1 . To save an email in Outlook, the process is a little different, but don't worry, it's also quite simple. First select the three dots in the upper right corner of your email. To be sure, just hover the mouse over these three dots and “More actions” will appear, as in print above.
two . After selecting “More Actions” select the “Print” option.
3 . After selecting, the page will change to the way it will be printed. Now you click on the printer icon, which this time is in the upper right corner.
4. Now you go to “Destination”, located in the upper right corner, select the option “Save as PDF” and then “Save”, in the lower right corner.
Other emails and browsers
As you can see in the examples above, the process is quite similar to each other, only changing the locations of the icons, but in general, the step by step is always the same: select the print option, either by means of an icon illustrated or by name, select the option “Save in PDF” followed by “Save”.
