The next step is to unlock your cell phone screen to authorize access to media by clicking “Allow”. If the notification ends up disappearing before you can click, just reconnect the cable and it will appear again.
Once authorized, it may take a few minutes for all media files to load, which includes audios, photos and even videos (although the name of the application suggests a smaller scope).
Finally, select the files you want to transfer, and click “add items".
The last step is to select the folder you want to save these media. Once selected, click “Import” and you’re done!
Through the cloud with Google Photos

Through the cloud with Microsoft OneDrive
Another option is the Microsoft OneDrive. This platform is a data storage service, better known as the Microsoft Cloud, which allows you to store your files without taking up your cell phone's memory.
To do this, install the application OneDrive on your cell phone to backup to the cloud. As soon as you enter the program on your PC, on the home page, access the folder corresponding to the photos loaded from the backup.
After that, just select the photos you want and click “Download”, at the top of the screen. This will send the images to the downloads folder on your computer.
