• On the main page, search for a Word icon with PDF written “Word to PDF”And click on it;

• Now you can choose the file you convert from two ways: dragging the file icon to the big plus sign or clicking on this same plus sign and selecting the file;

• After choosing the file, click on “Converter“. At this point you will be informed that there is a trial period, click on “Continue trial” to proceed or “Update now” to get the VIP profile. By clicking continue, the site will carry out the conversion procedure, after that just click on “Download".

Convert PDF to other formats

There are two ways to subscribe via the LightPDF Desktop: the first is by digital signatures, for which you only need to choose the option and then select your digital signature to include it in the document; and the other way is handwritten signature, let's teach you how to use it.

• When opening a document, click on “Sign“, on the top toolbar and choose “handwritten signature", Right below;

• A plus sign will appear next to it, click on it. In the window that appears, you will be offered three options, let's choose the first one, “draw signature";

• Now you just need to handwrite your signature — with the mouse or digital pen, if compatible — click OK and then save;

• Now place the signature in the indicated location in the file and that's it!

Access documents in the cloud

It is also possible to access various cloud documents according to the services that can be connected in LightPDF Desktop. When opening the program, in the left column, select the option “Documents“, and in the column that will appear on the side, click on “Documents in the cloud“.
