O Android TV was announced for the first time in June of this year and is the latest attempt by the Google to be present in your living room. He arrives through Nexus Player, a device manufactured in partnership with Asus which takes advantage of the experience gained from the chromecast – sales success since launch – and the Nexus Q, a failure in opposite proportions.

The model is certified "Google Cast Ready”, meaning it supports all traditional Chromecast functions, plus streaming and gaming capabilities. You will be able to play with a game controller (sold separately) on the TV and continue the game on the smartphone, without having to leave the house.
