Simpsons Creator May Be Working On Netflix-Exclusive Animation

A Netflix is preparing an exclusive animation in partnership with Matt Groening, co-creator of Simpsons e Futurama. The streaming service has not confirmed any information and there are still few details about the new animation, but the website Deadline states that Groening will be directly involved in the new project.

The plans are for two seasons of 10 episodes each. Other original series such as House of Cards, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt e Love were also traded on the same model.

A Netflix has expanded its catalog of adult drawings, with BoJack Horseman e F is for Family. Although we don't know the theme of the new animation, let alone the cast, expectations are high.

Os Simpsons began airing in 1987 as a series of short films. In 1987, the cartoon gained its current 30-minute episode format. Season 28 has already been confirmed by Fox and will air in 2017.
