Superhero movies are increasingly popular. Thus, companies seek each in their own way to find their “golden goose” of the genre in Hollywood. With Marvel dictating the rules of the game, other studios like Warner, 20th Century Fox and Sony Pictures are chasing after everything they can. Nonetheless, Deadpool 2 it's an interesting outlet for Fox to "run out" through humor.
The film starring the already iconic Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool/Green Lantern) is directed by David Leitch (John Wick/Atomica). Also, other names of the first return as Brianna hildebrand, Karan soni e Stefan Kapi?i? like Collossus. But it's the new actors that surprise the most in this sequel!

Lost history, but that's the intention
If the first Deadpool movie was already marked for being unpretentious, Deadpool 2 It's even better in that regard. Thus, the film has a minimal concern with justifications and weight of its events. However, these elements that would be exactly the negative points of other films, work very well here.
In that sequence, Wade tries to make a living as a mercenary while cultivating his love for his girlfriend. However, threats from the street knock on his door and the protagonist ends up needing help. With his comings and goings, the character ends up in a weird plot in search of the salvation of a boy marked to be killed by none other than Cable (Josh Brolin), a mutant from the future.

The story gets lost several times and changes focus a few more times. However, as I said, that doesn't make Deadpool 2 a bad movie, mainly because its focus is solely and exclusively on humor. There are dramatic points in the film, as well as action scenes, but these are "background" for the film's star: making fun of everything and everyone in any situation.
However, don't think that this makes the movie a complete mess. It actually has a very well defined beginning, middle and end. However, the script doesn't hold much to that and it differs a lot from what we've seen in other superhero movies, even the most humorous ones, like Guardians of the Galaxy.

New characters are the pearl of the work
If Deadpool 2 did one thing, it was to expand the mercenary's horizons. Now, knowing the brand's success, 20th Century Fox did not hold back the production of the film in any sense. iconic characters from X-men show their faces, famous actors do odd jobs, special effects used properly, freedom from external mentions and many other things. This makes Deadpool 2 a "bigger, better and uncut" version of what the first one proposed.
However, a mention of the new characters is necessary. If in the first film we only had Ryan Reynolds and his hilarious protagonism as the focus, here the list increases considerably. O Cable de Josh Brolin, one of the movie's antagonists, is incredible and provides the necessary counterbalance to all of Deadpool's controversial heroism.

We also pack any Julian Denison brings a firefist very good. The character, by the way, is dichotomous and confusing in measure, serving well for its function in the feature. But who else steals the show, without a doubt, is the Domino de Zazie Beetz. The character, in addition to having one of the most creative powers ever presented in superhero films, has an instant charisma that makes her steal the spotlight almost every time she appears.
However, even if some cameos linked to the X-Men and even Brad Pitt are hilarious and fit the movie well, one in particular didn't turn out very well: Terry Crews. That's because the actor was totally scrapped, and was sold differently in the trailers. At least the old characters were treated well, respecting the original work.
Action scenes could be better
Even though initially Deadpool 2 has great action scenes, throughout the movie the quality drops a lot. The scenes are not completely disposable and have a reasonable weight in the film. However, during its 119 minutes, this quality is not maintained.
What happens is that many scenes are confusing and poorly worked. Some, by abusing humor too much, end up losing weight as action scenes. This doesn't fit as well as it did in the mercenary's first feature. Thus, we can say that it is a lack that can be felt in the film. Even Collossus' fight against his foe is less impactful than the one in the first film, which shows how the weight for action has dropped too much to focus on humor here.

More comprehensive humor with more rights!
If in his first film, Deadpool did not spare sarcastic mentions of elements of 20th Century Fox itself, in Deadpool 2 that limit was increased to the extreme. Mention of the DC cinematic universe, the Avengers and films from other brands such as John Wick himself abound.
In addition, the use of characters and mentions by Fox itself has increased considerably. It is visible how the studio gave more freedom to the production of Deadpool 2 to fly free. Characters that couldn't be used for fear of negative publicity have been released in droves now, even for short cameos.

Finally, the post-credits scenes are the icing on the cake. Even though they take a lot of the weight off the film's little story, they are among the best ever made in superhero movies. That's because Deadpool's quirky and singular humor can be seen at full steam, condensing something that was already present throughout the entire movie.
If Deadpool 2 is of any use, it is to establish the “face” of Deadpool in the cinema once and for all. No one will see Deadpool 2 expecting a pure work of art, depth or worthy immersion in the superhero universe. Here we have a character who constantly breaks the fourth barrier precisely to make fun of everything that happens in his world. That's what Deadpool does and that's what makes Deadpool 2 a good movie, if not for everyone.
