Domestic manufacture
A Alienware announced a historic renewal of its portfolio in the country with the start of local manufacturing of new notebooks Alienware 16 Area-51 e Alienware 16 Aurora. The initiative is considered a “historic moment” for the brand, mainly because the iconic family Area 51 to be produced for the first time in Brazil, with a design that seeks leadership in performance in the segment. This change represents the brand's largest product update in the country and reinforces its commitment to the domestic market.
National production allows Alienware expand your reach among gamers and reach new audiences. With the Alienware 16 Area-51, the brand now offers its most powerful notebooks ever produced locally, with aluminum construction and an exclusive thermal design. At the same time, local manufacturing of Alienware 16 Aurora enables the introduction of an unprecedented price range for the brand in Brazil, attracting consumers seeking a hybrid experience that combines high performance for gaming, studying and working with premium materials and iconic design.
It is worth remembering that the announcement of the models being manufactured in Brazil is nothing new: in January of this year, during their visit to CES 2025, Dell had already announced the news to Brazilian media outlets.
Alienware 16 Aurora
O Alienware 16 Aurora focuses on delivering a new value proposition to the Brazilian market, combining iconic design and premium materials with high performance at an unprecedented price range for the brand in the country.
It's designed for a versatile and portable experience, with a more compact form factor that allows for hybrid use for gaming, studying, and work. Its robust construction features an aluminum lid and magnesium alloy internal structure, all in a dark blue (Interstellar Indigo) color. The thermal design includes a thermal chamber. Cryo-Chamber that elevates the notebook during use to increase air circulation.
To ensure high performance, the Alienware 16 Aurora will be available in Brazil with a variety of video cards, including the options NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050, RTX 4050 e RTX 3050. The notebook will also feature processor options Intel Core 5 (210H) and Intel Core 7 (240H) Series 2 generation. Configurations are completed with options of 16GB or 32GB of DDR5 RAM up to 5600 MT/s and SSD storage up to 1TB. The model also includes Stealth Mode, which allows you to turn off the lights and reduce fan noise for more discreet operation, ideal for non-gaming use.
The screen Aurora The IPS LED panel features QHD+ resolution in a 16:10 aspect ratio. The panel offers high color fidelity, with 100% coverage of the sRGB palette, and maintains fluidity in gameplay with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Alienware 16 Area-51
Already Alienware 16 Area-51 is positioned as the most powerful gaming notebook Dell Already produced in Brazil, designed for the "enthusiast gamer" seeking high performance without compromise. Its construction uses metal (anodized aluminum) on the top and bottom covers.
Its design follows the AW30 design language, in Liquid Teal, with a zero-hinge hinge. The model features customizable lighting on the back panel, per-key RGB keyboard, and lid logo, with all effects controlled by Alienware Command Center software.
To ensure extreme performance, the notebook is equipped with the video card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 and the processor Intel Core Ultra 9 Series 2 24-core (275HX). This set can operate with up to 180W of total power (TPP).
To manage the temperature, it relies on the same system Cryo-Chamber of the cheapest model. Available configurations include up to 64GB of DDR5 6400MT/s RAM and up to 1TB of NVME M2 PCIe SSD storage, making it the brand's first to support Gen 5 storage in one of its slots.
The visual experience is delivered by a 16-inch QHD+ display with a 240Hz refresh rate. The panel reaches up to 500 nits of brightness and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color palette. To ensure fluidity, the notebook features NVIDIA G-SYNC technology, which prevents tearing. screen tear, and NVIDIA Optimus for automatic graphics card management. The audio system features four speakers with a combined 8W of power and supports Dolby Atmos immersive sound.
O Alienware 16 Area-51 will be available for purchase at Dell's official website starting September 9, 2025. The launch price for the model starts at R$16.999.
