Diablo 4 has alleged leaked gameplay

After a major leak show details of the GTA 6, it's time to Diablo 4 have a supposed gameplay shared on the internet. The material, published in Reddit, shows around 40 minutes of gameplay from the franchise's next major title Diablo, originally created by Blizzard in 1996.

The footage, which shows a developed version of the game, was posted by the user iV1rus0 na platform files.fm. The first file is about five minutes long, while the second is longer, adding up to just over 38 minutes.

contrary to GTA 6, where the details were released by an attack hacker, this leak appears to have been released on a private channel of the Discord by someone with access to a build of the game. Apparently, the broadcast was recorded by one of the users who was watching, as it is possible to hear the sound of the platform's notifications in the background.

In the first video, there is a conversation between two spectators with modulated voices, certainly to hide their identities. One of them asks the other to watch a user named “Skye” and, a short time later, the second tries to guess which title is being displayed on the screen, taking a guess as a new one. Analyzing the gameplay, it is very clear that this is a version under construction, since, in addition to the “Private Test Build” watermarks, it is possible to notice that certain objects do not have textures, such as bridges and buildings.

Anyway, for fans of the franchise, the footage is welcome, as it reveals a little of what should reach the public, including an open world with several areas to explore and a really interesting combat system.

It is worth remembering that the developer itself has already revealed some information about the game. The company said that while the title doesn't offer an offline mode, it will have crossplay, cross progression and a way co-op place. The next franchise title Diablo was announced in Blizzcon 2019 and is expected to be released in 2023, but so far, no date has been set by the studio. It will officially arrive on the following platforms: Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC.
