Meet the voice actors of The Evil Within

Attention horror game fans: Bethesda announced the Hollywood actors who will be part of the game's "voice cast" The Evil Within.

Anson mount

The protagonist of the game, Sebastian Castellanos placeholder image, will be voiced by Anson mount. Anson is known for his participation in hell on wheels, where it interprets Cullen Bohannan. 

Jackie earle haley

Ruvic, the game's villain will receive the voice of Jackie earle haley. Jackie participated in films like Robocop, A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010), playing Freddy Krueger and Watchmen: The Movie, where he played Rorschach. 

In 2007, the actor was nominated for an Oscar for best supporting actor for the film Intimate Sins.

Jennifer Carpenter

Jennifer Carpenter, actress who played Debra Morgan on the show Dexter and also Emily Rose in the movie The Exorcism of Emily Rose, will lend the voice to the detective Julia Kidman, Sebastian's partner.

There are plans to play Juli Kidman in post-launch content, Bethesda's blog has revealed.

Yuri lowenthal

Yuri lowenthal is already known in the world of games. The actor dubbed Sasuke Uchiha in the american version of the game Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3.

The actor, who also voiced Ben 10, will voice Joseph Oda in The Evil Within.

About the game

The Evil Within was elected the best game for Playstation at Gamescom 2014. As we said in a previous post, The Evil Within, or Psycho Break as it became known in Japan, is a survival horror in development for PC, Ps3, Ps4, Xbox One e Xbox 360. It is expected to be published by the Bethesda Softworks in October 2014. The direction is in charge of Shinji Mikami, known as the father of horror games, and the developer is the Japanese company Tango Gameworks which, in turn, is a division of the company ZeniMax.
