Nota Fiscal Paulistana website was down for 6 days

If you provide any service in the city of São Paulo, you have certainly noticed an error in the ticket issuance portal. São Paulo Invoice. Launched in 2017 and as a replacement for the São Paulo Invoice (but with the same utility), the Milhã noteo is the portal that allows service providers operating in the city of São Paulo to issue invoices and work as required by law.

When it launched the program, the city of São Paulo hoped that spending on the São Paulo Invoice were reduced, since several prizes were distributed that together totaled about R$ 1,6 million. As Million Note, only a single draw of BRL 1 million is held every month and one person is chosen as the winner. This was also launched with a focus on decreasing tax evasion.

However, there is still no date for the invoices to be issued again by the São Paulo City Hall system. The site returned to the air on November 19, after going six days without working.

Experts point out that service providers may be opting to issue a provisional service receipt (RPS), which can be done at Word and it only needs to have its own number, date, CNPJ, amount charged and specification of what was done. It is important to note that as the name says, the RPS is just an alternative while invoices cannot be issued and it is stated in the law that these documents need to be converted into NFS (Electronic Service Invoice) after ten working days of issuance.

Although the city hall of São Paulo emphasizes that it was working so that the error on the São Paulo Invoice is resolved, service providers who need the invoice issuance system report that a return message is being displayed from the moment the problem occurred.

Many people have already seen messages saying that the error would be resolved at a specified time or an hour after the first access of the day, but as you can imagine, this has not been fulfilled.
