Gamers and fans of the franchise Duna You will be happy with this news! It was announced yesterday, Wednesday, February 14th, by Xbox e Microsoft Flight Simulator, in a partnership with Legendary Pictures and Warner Bros. Pictures, the game's newest free expansion Flight Simulator which will take players to the world of arrakis of the movie Dune: Part 2.

The announcement was made through a brief video by Timothée Chalamet, who plays Paul Atreides, and Austin butler, who plays Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen in the film. Check out:

Dune – Part 2 brings all of these actors back to the big screen, with the additions of Florence Pugh, Christopher Walken, Léa Seydoux, Austin Butler e Tim Blake Nelson.

According to the director himself Denis Villeneuve., the actress Zendaya will have a more prominent role in this continuation, since, in the first film, she had only seven minutes of screen time. Furthermore, the great novelty of the production lies in the images recorded entirely in IMAX, unlike the first part, in which only 40% of the production had been done in that format.

Dune Part 2 arrives in Brazilian cinemas on the day February 29, 2024.

Dune in Flight Simulator

For those who don't know yet, the Flight Simulator is a flight simulation game developed by Microsoft. In the game, players have the opportunity to experience the feeling of flying an aircraft in different environments and flying conditions. Microsoft Flight Simulator is available for Xbox Series X | S e PC, compatible with Xbox Game Pass, PC GamePass, Windows e Steam. The base game can be purchased for R$149,97 in itself Xbox website. While the versions Deluxe 40th Anniversary Edition e Premium Deluxe 40th Anniversary Edition are being sold for R$203,97 e R$257,97respectively.

According to the official statement from Xbox, the Dune expansion is now available for download on Microsoft Flight Simulator through in-game store.

New floating control

Accompanying the new DLC, Xbox also presented the first floating control of the world. The controller has an impressive custom design that will certainly attract the attention of fans of the franchise.
