Check out 20 great films starring women: The list ranges from Oscar-nominated films to Wonder Woman and Star Wars.

Cinematography is a portrait of how women have increasingly occupied the places they were denied and that there is definitely no place where there is no room for female protagonism and empowerment. O showmetech prepared a list of great films starring women as a simple tribute in this International Women's Day.

There are many productions starring women, in various genres (drama, comedy, action, adventure) and also in various plots and plots, many even denouncing their own hardships and challenges that the fact of being a “woman” imposed on these warriors.

Recently, a study released by Hollywood, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), revealed that films starring women earn much more. The survey includes features released between 2014 and 2017 and in all films with feminist protagonists, the performance was better.

Our list has 20 great productions, however, we add our recognition that the list does not cover all the diversity of women's protagonism on the big screen. We count on your comments to add other productions.
