Future of the Series
Despite the events have left everyone looking forward to the return of the series, the eighth season Game of Thrones is scheduled to be the last, with 6 episodes that will conclude the A Song of Ice and Fire TV adaptation.
Due to the distance from George RR Martin of the series since the 5th season, the outcome expected in the television version is different from what was expected in the two books that will conclude the story told by Martin.
