During Facebook Connect, Mark Zuckerberg announced that GTA San Andreas in virtual reality will come to the Oculus Quest 2. This is the second game from the PlayStation 2 era to be released for the virtual reality device of the Facebook, ou Meta, since the company changed its name, the first being Resident Evil 4. There is still no news on price, release date, or more concrete information.
In a blog post by Oculus, the company said that they have been working on the development of GTA San Andreas for several years and that they can't wait for fans to visit Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas from another perspective.

GTA San Andreas is being remastered and will be part of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition which will be released for PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series S|X. However, it is not yet known whether the graphical structures of the version that will be released or the original of the PlayStation 2 and PC will be used.
