rumbleverse arrived this month for the current consoles and PC via Epic Games Store and has been a pleasant surprise for fans of the genre Battle Royale. The game should catch the attention of game players like Fortnite e Warzone, but it also brings a new mechanic to the genre thanks to its battles presented as “street fights”.
Despite this novelty, the game remains a good old battle royale, which will facilitate the introduction of several new players who are interested in the game, available for free on all platforms. That's why we've decided to separate this Rumbleverse guide to help you (almost) always come first!
Participate in lab mode

Rumbleverse's lab mode serves as the primary way to teach you all of the game's new mechanics before you start battling real players. In it, you are thrown inside the open map and can train against robots (and players) without having to worry about a screen game over.
On the lab mode map, you will notice that there are several marked areas that serve one purpose: to teach you everything that is necessary. You have 59 minutes to explore the map and learn everything, so make the most of your time.
protein is everything

In Rumbleverse, the player is introduced to three types of proteins that are extremely important to a successful match. Each protein is separated by a color and they influence your character's improvement in the course of battle.
They are:
- green protein: Serves to increase the maximum health that your character can have during the game;
- red protein: Increases the power of hits against other players, including damage caused by special abilities;
- yellow protein: Increases stamina, allowing the player to run further, perform more punches, or even get up quickly after falling.
To obtain such proteins, the player must keep an eye on the various boxes that are scattered around the map. While it is possible to put proteins in your inventory, I recommend using them right away so that you always have the upper hand against other players.
Special moves are the difference in Rumbleverse

The special moves can be found in the boxes that are scattered around the map, and they serve for the player to gain an advantage against opponents. Within the game, several special moves can be found, but you can only equip two of them.
These scams appear in books; they must be learned by selecting books in the inventory. After learning the move, just press the corresponding button to release a skill that deals massive damage to opponents, being far superior to the common move.
During a battle against other players, the special move can help you to escape, deal more damage or even completely incapacitate the opponent, which is why I recommend you go after these books as soon as you start the game.
Save chicken for later

One of the most precious items in Rumbleverse is chicken, your main source of health recovery. Chicken is plentiful in the early stages of the game, and can save your ass without the need to chase new resources, especially when the ring is closing.
You can keep up to four items in your inventory, and the chicken is without a doubt the most important item to keep. Right from the start, run after filling the spaces in your backpack with chicken to avoid any headaches as the game goes on.
Superstar mode has many uses

As in every fighting game, you have the possibility to reverse your position thanks to a "Great” that carries over time. In Rumbleverse, this bar is charged as you acquire stars that are scattered around the map.
Once your bar is full, you can activate it to guarantee a strong, but brief, way to turn the tables on your side. In addition to giving you the possibility to deal more damage with hits and perform a “ultimate” attack, the superstar mode also ensures that you don't die while it's active.
So, if you are close to defeat during a fight against an opponent, activating the superstar mode can grant you a brief invincibility that will serve as an opportunity to stand up and win the fight.
Always stay on the move

During combat, always try to stay on the move to avoid being grabbed by an enemy or being thrown against the wall. It's important to keep an eye on your breath to understand when to stop attacking, giving you time to compose yourself before continuing with the various punches.
Also enjoy the different buildings available on the map to escalate when the situation gets a little heavier, giving you the opportunity to escape and regain your energy. Your character can climb any visible building, but at the cost of breath.
Ring works different from other battle royale

One of the main mechanics in any battle royale is the presence of the ring, an entity that decreases the playable space on the map so that players find each other faster. Those who survive each round are presented with a descending map, where in the end only a small circle becomes the stage for intense battles against all remaining players.
In Rumbleverse, the ring works a little differently than what we're used to in other games. Here, if you're outside the circle as it shrinks, you don't take any damage! In reality, if you find yourself outside, a 10-second timer will appear on the screen.
If the 10 seconds are up and you are not in the safe zone, the game will automatically eliminate you from the match! This can be useful if you need some extra time to disrupt your opponents' play, or even if you want to make some fancy move that involves leaving the playable area. But be smart, because it's 10 seconds total, that is, you can't abuse the system and keep leaving and entering as many times as you want.
