If you haven't recently updated the Skype or Whatsapp on the computer, it is important to do it as soon as possible. Microsoft's calling service has announced that it will "remove" old versions of Skype for Windows (6.13 and earlier) and Mac (6.14 and earlier) in the coming months.
A number of updates have been made to the Skype or Whatsapp this year as the possibility of free group video calling.
A ecosystem it did not make it clear whether with the change the previous versions will no longer work or will just cease to be supported by the company. In a statement, the company only encouraged "all users to update to the latest version to continue using Skype without interruption."
