However, the modality is still in a test period and is only available to some drivers, chosen by the company and invited by email. It is anticipated that, over time, the UberFlash reach all drivers and become an option in the transport of personal items.

However, the procedure is paid, and the driver is responsible for paying the aptitude report — an examination carried out with a psychologist who is a partner of the public agency, and the issuance of a new license with the EAR.

In São Paulo, for example, in the DMV website, the estimated price to enter the EAR is de R$239,58, being R$123,08 for the psychological evaluation, while the issuance of the updated CNH remains for £ 116,50. Proof of address

• Print the official residence declaration, available in the driver's registration area of ​​the Uber;
• Ask the third party, friend or relative, to fill in personal information and declare their residence;
• send to Uber the completed and signed declaration, a photo document of the third party and proof of residence in his/her name.

• No case of CRLV digital, it is requested that it be sent as a .pdf file;
• It is not accepted that the printed document is sent to the platform as a screenshot;
• Vehicles that have the “RENTAL” category without being declared as rental cars from the rental company; 
• Or that contains the category of “Color: FANTASY”; 
• Damaged vehicles; 
• Cars that have closed circulation.

However, when enabling the vehicle in this situation, the rental company itself will send the right documentation and the company will be informed about the situation. What is prohibited by the company is the CRLV with such information and without a declaration from the driver.

ConduApp or ConduTax

A specific requirement, which may vary from city to city, is the requirement for a ConduApp certificate, or a ConduTax presentation. The document is proof that the driver, when taking the EAR and registering to carry out passenger transport, is in compliance with the city's safety measures.

The procedure involves checking the EAR, criminal background analysis, and, at the end, by a preparatory course showing how the work should be carried out, what precautions should be taken and what conduct is needed. The course can be carried out either in transit schools, partners of the DMV, or free of charge with the Uber.

How to be an Uber driver without a car? 

If you are a driver and meet the requirements, but don't have a car, no problem. Through partnerships with car rental companies, the Uber allows the use of rental cars. These partnerships were designed in the best way to serve drivers, offering comfortable monthly fees, exchange after a certain mileage, insurance discount and scheduled maintenance.

How does Uber pay work?

• See if any holidays will occur before payment or during the 3 days of clearing, it helps to organize.

Payment by advance transfer

A Uber allows advance transfer for some drivers. In this modality, the payment is transferred before Monday, falling into the same bank account as the weekly transfer.

Despite looking flexible and interesting, the proposal is not so useful. The transfer is only made available on the account 3 days after request, in addition to the transfer fee being paid by the driver. The advance transfer also has two limitations: it will only be possible to use it 5 times a day and up to R$1.700 per week

To be eligible for the advance transfer, the driver must:

• driver of Uber that has the status as active;
• A minimum of 25 trips through the platform;
• Have received the notification or email from the platform stating that you are eligible.

The requirements for this service have an extra fee of R$ 2,50 per operation and, if required after 16 pm, the deadline will be considered the next business day.

Instant transfer payment

A Uber Account works like a digital bank account, and with each trip made, your balance goes straight to the application's wallet, and will be available for use.

To be eligible, the driver must:

• A minimum of 25 trips has been carried out;
• Active Uber account;
• No legal holds such as court orders or debts in your name.

How does the Uber fee work?

It's no use talking about payment, but not about a fee. As mentioned, in some cases, a bank fee will be deducted from the payment in order to cover the amount related to the transfer. However, this is not the only current rate for the Uber.

To understand how payment works, the driver needs to know how the Uber calculate your gain. The company estimates the distance of the trip, the time in traffic and, in some situations, the availability of drivers. Therefore, the amount paid by the user will refer to all this.
