Huawei will launch the next smartphone with the Nexus brand

Last week, it was suspected that two brands would be the next to win the right to manufacture the next releases of phones with the seal Nexus do Google. LG e Huawei were among the most quoted names. Well, now we have the confirmation given by the research director of iSuppli in China, Kevin Young. O Nexus Smartphone will now be Huawei.

Not surprisingly, the company was chosen. The shock is due to the fact that this has not happened before. Huawei is the third largest mobile phone manufacturer in the world in terms of market share. Still, during the Mobile World Congress, caused a stir with its new line of smartwatches (smart watches), presented during the event (click here to check out Showmetech's coverage of them), all using the OS A do Google.

But why choose a company from China? Simply because it is the largest consumer market in the world. The enormous economic potential that it can offer does not go unnoticed in the eyes of Google, mainly because it has not yet solidified itself as a brand in the country, since it faces strong competition from national companies, encouraged by the Chinese State.

It remains to be seen whether the company will use its new processor Kirin on the smartphone. As for LG, so far no official confirmation has been obtained regarding a proper version of the seal Nexus.
