Indiana Jones 5: Trailer for the new film is revealed

Harrison Ford is back in the new Indiana Jones trailer that was revealed during CCXP, in São Paulo. The film is scheduled for release on June 30, 2023.

This Thursday (1st) was shown, during the CCXP22, in São Paulo, the first trailer for the film Indiana Jones and the Call of Fate (Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny in the original), this is the fifth film by the archaeologist played by Harrison Ford🇧🇷 The work will be directed by James Mangold who arrives to replace Steven Spielberg in the franchise, he came to direct successful works, such as Logan (2017) and Wolverine (2013).

Starring big names such as Antonio Banderas, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Boyd holbrook e Thomas Kretschmann, the fifth Indiana Jones film will be the last of the character starring Ford and is scheduled to premiere on June 30, 2023 in all Brazilian cinemas.

Of course, the classic soundtrack of the franchise could not be left out and for that the production will feature the composer and conductor John Williams🇧🇷 John, responsible for creating the unforgettable theme made for the film Raiders of the Lost Ark, from 1981, will be in charge of the soundtrack for the newest feature.

Disney was keen to make it clear that this will be the last film with our dear professor of archeology and made a series of tributes during the trailer with easter eggs from the original trilogy that fans are sure to notice. Entitled to hat and whip, in addition to Ford's return to the big screen, the trailer depicts Sallah's return, the classic race on top of the train, the giant stone, the return of the nazis and much more!

A Disney also released on his official account on Instagram the first poster for the fifth film in the franchise. Check out:

Indiana Jones and the Call of Fate

The plot will be set during the space race, Indy (Ford) will once again have to face his old enemies, the Nazis. ‎‎Mads Mikkelsen‎‎ ‎‎is the actor who will play the villain Voller in the new film, a Nazi scientist enlisted at NASA by the US government to work on the moon landing initiative. 🇧🇷
