Kindle, ebooks and books: good buys in consumer week

Who doesn't like a promotion? This consumer week Amazon Brazil will be with promotions for any reader to put a defect.

For those who don't have much space to store physical books or who have already embraced digital reading, Amazon will promote its most basic e-reader and hundreds of ebooks.

Only this Wednesday, March 16, Amazon.com will offer the e-reader Kindle for just R$199 (original price of R$299).

The Kindle, Amazon's e-reader, weighs less than 200 grams and is lighter than many books. In addition to lightness, another advantage is the battery life, which lasts for weeks. In this version, the screen is touch sensitive, making it easier to use dictionaries, translations, Wikipedia or Web searches, bookmarks, markup in the text, share excerpts or the simple act of changing pages. The e-reader also has an anti-glare screen that provides good reading even in sunlight.

There will also be promotion of e-books throughout the period for you to fill your new Kindle, or your old e-reader, there are 1.000 exclusive eBooks Amazon.com for R $ 1,99.

And to finish the digital reading part, readers will win a discount coupon of R$ 10 on more than 500 selected eBooks from different publishers, with a special daily schedule, until March 18:

but if you are old school and doesn't change the smell of a new book, don't panic, because Amazon remembered you too:

• Until March 18, customers who place an order with BRL 100 or more in printed books at Amazon.com will earn BRL 15 credit for a next purchase of titles in the same format.
