The Last of Us is one of HBO Max's releases in January 2023

New year, new series! AND The Last of Us is one of the fresh titles that arrive on the platform HBO Max. The highly anticipated series is an adaptation of the eponymous game franchise created by Neil Druckman and already has a set release date: January 15th. In the plot, Pedro Pascal e Beautiful Ramsay — dear acquaintances of fans of Game of Thrones —play Joel Miller and young Ellie, a duo who could potentially save humanity from a pandemic virus that turns people into cannibals.

Fans of the game franchise created by Neil Druckman already have a set date to go crazy: January 15, 2023. The Last Of Us narrates a pandemic future that has been devastating for humanity, leaving humans on the brink of extinction. The virus, which turns people into cannibals, spreads through a simple bite. A few decades later, the few survivors that remain live traveling or in quarantines protected by government officials.

Twenty years after the destruction of modern civilization, Joel Miller (Pedro Pascal) is a survivor hired to smuggle in young Ellie (Beautiful Ramsey) out of the oppressive quarantine zone where he lives.
