CES 2024: Dell XPS 2024 Line is renewed with Artificial Intelligence

A Dell, a leading brand in the segment of computers, notebooks and peripherals, began announcing the main new features that will be available on the market in 2024.

The notebook line Dell XPS, a sales success in 2022 and 2023, has been updated for the most demanding users who seek high performance in everyday tasks with the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) or new generation games. Check out the following new products that will be on display at CES 2024.

Copilot is featured in new Dell XPS notebooks

The line XPS is known for its robustness and high performance, obtaining ideal results for those looking to perform video editing tasks, games, entertainment, scientific research and much more. A big change compared to the 2023 models is a physical key to activate artificial intelligence Copilot, ecosystem. See it up close in the 16-inch model, but it will also be available in the 13-inch model announced today:

This time, the new models will be equipped with processors intel core ultra, configurations with screens OLED, implementation of unique resources that can be generated with the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and premium minimalist design.

Dell XPS 13 Notebook (2024)

O XPS 13 It is the thinnest and lightest notebook in the line, weighing approximately 1,1kg with a screen 13-inch touch OLED with three types of quality: FHD+, QHD+ or 3K+. Equipped with a processor intel core ultra, this is the best option for users who often take the equipment to travel and work, offering a high-performance system for everyday tasks.

Regarding the audio, it was confirmed that it will have four speakers with support for standards Dolby Atmos e
3D Stereo Surround MaxxAudio Pro by Waves. Also expect a webcam capable of making video calls in Full HD quality.

It is worth mentioning that the notebook XPS 13 will be released in 2024 in Brazil with local manufacturing. The company refrained from mentioning which configurations will be sold in the national market, but, internationally, it will have options with Intel CoreUltra 5 e 7, all with integrated graphics card intel arc do processor launched internationally at the end of 2023.

Dell XPS 14 Notebook (2024)

O XPS 14 is ideal for users looking for performance for tasks that require CPU e GPU. With a minimalist design, line 14 is 21% lighter than the XPS 16, offering practical solutions and models with GPUs da NVIDIA GeForce RTX (available until RTX 4050). The long-lasting battery is the highlight for those who use high-resolution video editing and playback tools on a daily basis.

The new notebook offers a Artificial Intelligence with Studio AI and constant updates with the NVIDIA Studio. It is important to highlight that this model will be launched US$ 1.700 (approximately R$ 8.325,00) and will not arrive in Brazil.

Dell XPS 16 Notebook (2024)

O XPS 16 is ideal for users who seek high performance in academic and professional work (with or without Artificial Intelligence), video editing and games. It stands out for having an SSD with storage of up to 4TB of the type PCIe 4 and RAM memory options that reach up to 64GB of type LPDDR5x Dual Channel 7467.

The new notebook is equipped with the processor intel core ultra 7 or Core Ultra 9, video card NVIDIA GeForce RTX (available up to version 4070) and can sustain powers of up to 80W. O XPS 16 It is scheduled to be launched in 2024 and will also arrive in Brazil.

It is not yet known exactly which combinations of processors and video cards will be made for the launch in Brazil, but we can expect high power, as everything will be imported. Internationally, it was also announced with integrated Intel Arc graphics cards. Its webcam also has support for making video calls in Full HD quality and this model has the same four speakers with support for Dolby Atmos and Surround Stereo 3D from MaxxAudio Pro by Waves.

O Windows 11 will be installed upon first use and Dell expects purchasers to utilize the features of the Copilot in everyday tasks such as creating images, text documents, spreadsheets, presentations and more. It is important to remember that, at least for now, you will need an internet connection to use these resources.

Price and availability

Although the values ​​for the XPS 13 e XPS 16 in Brazil, Dell confirmed that the notebooks will be launched in the first quarter of 2024. The 13-inch model will be sold starting at US$1.300 (approximately R$6.383 in direct conversion), while the 16-inch model will be sold starting at US$1.900 ( approximately R$9.329 in direct conversion).
