Los Santos Pride: GTA V mod brings the LGBT pride parade to the game

To promote the Stockholm LGBT Pride Parade, six modders came together to create the Los Santos Pride – free mod for PC version of GTA V, which brings a LGBT pride parade complete for the streets of Los Santos, the game's fictional city.

The unofficial modification makes available a series of clothing and accessories inspired by the colors of the rainbow flag, posters with messages of support for the community, new music and audio files.

Known for being a very MOD friendly franchise, the Grand Theft Auto V  has its realistic potential demonstrated, full steam ahead, in the Los Santos Pride. And, of course, it's also a great experience with social appeal. THE LGBTphobia (especially in the gamer community) is still recurrent, and initiatives like this show that, if hate speech shouldn't take place in the real world, it shouldn't exist in virtual worlds either. After all, this entire community has nothing to be ashamed of, and they are avid consumers of the video game industry.
