They prepared 60 questions, the result being formed by 4 letters, the so-called “four pairs of preference”. There are 16 possible outcomes used to provide self-knowledge. By pointing out personal characteristics and preferences, the test provides an understanding of yourself and guides you to change the characteristics considered “bad”.

The MBTI test is widely used in job interviews, as the interviewer will be able to identify the type of person the candidate is. Through it, the person will answer questions that will define how he is, how he usually acts, and also how he behaves when he needs to make decisions. The personality type test is primarily used to determine if a person is suitable for a leadership role, but it can be used in literally all types of jobs.

Methodology used

Four are the scales that represent our preferences through two distinct poles. In each scale you choose a pole according to the answers, and this reveals your way of being and acting.

In order to be able to define a person's personality type, psychologists defined four scales that deliver a result according to the responses of those being tested. Understand each of them right now.

Attitudes, motivation

They tend to put themselves in the shoes of others and anticipate the feeling the other will have upon receiving their decision. In the last part of the test, you will answer questions that talk about your thinking about society. Perceptives they lead life flexibly and see structures as limiting rather than important. They try to postpone decisions as long as they can, as they feel comfortable dealing with situations that appear unexpectedly. They already expect unforeseen events to happen, as they admire freedom and like to be put to the test. They give time for things to flow, leaving the calendar of plans aside.
