Meta works on Zuck Bucks, the virtual currency for the Metaverse

According to documents obtained by the Financial Times, Meta is already working on ways to monetize the metaverse through zuck bucks, the provisional name by which the virtual currency has been called by the company's employees.
It is still too early to say when the official launch will be made for users of the Metaverse, but one information is certain: the operations would not be allocated in the Blockchain.
It is more likely that the zuck bucks are virtual currencies that can be purchased with “real money” and spent within virtual worlds, something similar to what we see in apps and games like The Sims, Fortnite and other titles that allow character customization and purchase of boosting items.

Still within the financial spectrum, another novelty that should be launched soon, along with the new digital currencies, are loans for small businesses. The report obtained by Financial Times reports that a “mass exodus” of employees working in Diem Association, a company created by Meta in 2019, but had its cryptocurrency project discontinued in February this year after criticism from the US government and regulatory bodies. The focus would now be on investing in financial transactions outside the virtual world.
Another novelty that should be released is the virtual token. These would be seals of reputation that can be exchanged for rewards for Facebook groups and other activities on the social network.
