This Tuesday (19) began the Microsoft Inspire, the company's largest partner event held virtually today and tomorrow (20). On this first day, the Microsoft unveiled new solutions and resources to help employees and businesses work smarter and more efficiently. Among the novelties is the Long live Engage, a new app in Teams that helps create a more organized community, and the live goals, a solution that promises to facilitate the management of goals, improving the productivity of the entire team.

Furthermore, the live goals brings business goals into your daily workflow, making it easy to stay up to date with connected data and automated reminders, as well as share key objectives and results and your progress across your organization with custom dashboards and quick links. O live goals integrates with Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps and other work and data management tools that customers are already using, plus more integrations with Microsoft Viva, Microsoft PowerBI and other applications and services from Microsoft 365.

Another novelty revealed this Tuesday was the Long live Engage, a new app in Teams that will help employees and businesses create a more organized and connected community. Within this community, leaders will be able to share news and insights, answer questions, and facilitate two-way conversations that help employees feel heard and included. With Storyline and Stories features, employees will also connect with co-workers and share their thoughts, knowledge and ideas in a simple way, without having to resort to external solutions.

According to Microsoft, all of these solutions powered by the Viva platform are designed to give employees a sense of greater connectivity to the work environment, no matter where they are working. “The idea is to help professionals stand out, regardless of their field of activity. Whether he is in sales, marketing, finance or IT, with Microsoft Viva he will have a complete tool that will help him perform his role”.

In addition, more news has been revealed for Teams. Among them is the Live Share, which allows participants to collaborate on apps right in the Teams meeting window. There's even Excel Live, which will allow people to collaborate on workbooks in real-time in Teams meetings.

O Video clips is another feature coming to Teams chat. With it, it will be possible to record, send and display short videos captured on the platform itself. Finally, collaborative annotations will give call participants the ability to draw, type, and react in Teams through the Microsoft whiteboard.
