Microsoft's business tool, the Dynamics 365, will soon also have a new connection to WhatsApp Web through tuvis, a platform that focuses on sales teams. The announcement was made on the morning of this last Monday (17) with the agreement closed with the VP of Sales at Microsoft, Andrea Cerqueira, the president and co-founder of Tuvis, Deborah Wanzo, and mediation by CNN Brasil columnist Patricia platters.

The treaty was made at the Technology in Sales event, which took place in Microsoft Reactor, considered a learning and technical sharing center for the North American multinational in São Paulo. During the meeting, guests gathered to talk about the new possibilities brought by technology and its decision-making roles in the sales market.

A WhatsApp Web integration with Dynamics 365 is performed only through a click and a single screen, so all the information that is concentrated on the platform can be seen by the synchronization of Tuvis in Dynamics 365.
